Goju Kyokai is the martial arts style of the Idaho Okinawan Karate Center located in Boise, Idaho. Founded by Soke Jimmy E. Bartell, this style is currently headed by his son, Hanshi Alan Bartell. Goju Kyo Kai is rooted in traditional Okinawan karate-do, the primary source being Goju Ryu (under Grand Master Peter Urban) and a collective of arts such as Shotokan and Wado Ryu.

Martial arts is not just physical but mental and spiritual as well. Goju Kyokai aims not just to improve the physical abilities of a person but to improve a person in all facets.
